The palate is elegant, and reveals hints of citrus, orange. The finish is long, smooth and firm, and evaluates on sweetness.
The joy begins by the nose… Immediately one knows there is a very nice baijiu in the glass. The peppery finish gives the pitch and promises a good baijiu, aromatically very rich. The finish is also very long and extremely pleasant.
The balanced nose and palate. A smooth mix of fruit and citrus with peppery hints. I suspect a slight alteration of the taste due to the caramel added… A long and very pleasant finish.
Amazingly mixed hints of ripe fruits, like pears or peaches. In the palate, this baijiu is very complex, with a very interesting finish, rather long, dominated by sweet touches of fruits with hints of pepper.
