The second tasting confirmed the pleasant floral nose, but the finish seemed much shorter.

This baijiu is dominated by the alcohol at the very first nosing. The taste is rather pleasant, and the palate detects some pepper or spices over the citrus. slightly citrus, with spicy and peppery hints, followed by a taste confirming the good impression. The finish could be longer.
The nose detects all the characteristic hints of baijiu from the northern area: and despite the high percentage of alcohol, the mouth is not put off by the burning. A longish and pleasant finish.
The rather harsh nose is very alcohol based. A slightly acid touch over some very spicy tastes. The finish is not very long but pleasant, and citrus hints are present.
